The dough (I used puff) cut into squares
Cheese (I have a "Camembert Castello" lactose-free) cut into cubes about a centimeter by centimeter
Spread on half of the square of dough
Add berries (I used blackberries at the rate of 5 pieces for one pie)
Sprinkle sugar 1 tsp per puff
Edge of the grease mixed with the egg
Forming a triangular pie and pierce the edges with a fork that would not split
Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment
Top grease with the egg mixed with milk. Bake pies in a preheated 200° C oven, until browned
