Cooking

step-0
Purified pumpkin cut into small pieces and cook in the microwave until soft (it took me 10 minutes), mix in the middle of cooking.
step-1
Cool, drain and grind immersion blender, puree (I got exactly a Cup).
step-2
Prepare dry ingredients: mix the millet flakes, sifted flour with baking powder and sugar.
step-3
To prepare "red" components: chilled pumpkin puree, soaked (if necessary) in boiling water and finely chopped dried apricots, shot with a grater zest of a large orange.
step-4
Beat the liquid ingredients: eggs, milk and herbal (unscented) oil, stir in all the "red" ingredients. To enhance the taste and color to suggest to add a teaspoon of turmeric.
step-5
To connect the resulting mixture with the dry ingredients to obtain a dough. Let stand 30 minutes to swell the flakes.
step-6
The dough is spread out on silicone molds for muffins, bake about 20 minutes at 180 degrees until cooked.
step-7
The finished muffins to cool on a wire rack. For preparation of a Kurd from the "bald" orange squeeze the juice, combine it with the sugar, egg and melted butter. Warm the mixture in the microwave until thick: 3 times in the minute, each time carefully stirring, then chill.
step-8
The finished cupcakes can be decorated with powdered sugar, served with orange curd (conveniently pour it into the hollow middle, if You have the same molds, like me).
