I very long searched for the perfect cheesecake. And here finally it is! And it's not even adding pumpkin or nut filling, it's in its structure. It is such a gentle, uniform, velvety, something vaguely reminiscent of cheesecake. And the secret is in the preparation of cheese. It is necessary to grind through a sieve, or like I did and how I like to use a blender. The cheesecake is perfect for Breakfast with a Cup of coffee for an afternoon snack, or for dessert at lunch. You should start with cooking basics.
