Cooking
Here are the products we need. I had fillet giant squid, somewhere around 500 g Small squid not found. Small jar of sauce. Squid wash, peel and cut into rings or thick strips.
In a deep pan, preferably a wok pour 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil
Add chopped garlic, Basil and chilli. Warm up on low heat for 1-2 minutes.
Add the squids, pour in the vinegar. Fry on a fairly high heat for about 10 minutes. My squid was given a lot of fluid, had to remove it with a spoon.
Spaghetti sauce, salt and sugar.
Simmer on low heat for an hour.
Anticipating your questions, I will answer immediately, I was too was in disbelief when I took Katie's recipe. They say the squid is not cooked for a long time, they become rubber, but my daughter said this was the recipe, but the calamari really was very gentle. I have a rule, first-time dish is prepared strictly according to the recipe, and then make adjustments.
