Squid in tomato-spinach sauce
Despite the fact that the dish is not very attractive, it is incredibly delicious. The first time I tried it on my daughter and was fascinated, even shocked! I decided to repeat at home and I think or rather I am sure that it is located in my menu forever. It is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Basil

    2 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Spinach

    1 pack

  • Sauce

    1 can

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Here are the products we need. I had fillet giant squid, somewhere around 500 g Small squid not found. Small jar of sauce. Squid wash, peel and cut into rings or thick strips.

In a deep pan, preferably a wok pour 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil

Add chopped garlic, Basil and chilli. Warm up on low heat for 1-2 minutes.

Add the squids, pour in the vinegar. Fry on a fairly high heat for about 10 minutes. My squid was given a lot of fluid, had to remove it with a spoon.

Add thawed spinach,

Spaghetti sauce, salt and sugar.

Simmer on low heat for an hour.

They say the squid is not cooked for a long time, they become rubber, but my daughter said this was the recipe, but the calamari really was very gentle.
