Chocolate orange brownies
Amazingly delicious! I confess. Didn't want to put this recipe. The first time I made sponge cake and custard. All in the eyes, not the recipe. But it turned out just something indescribable orange notes accent the chocolate, and it turns out delicious taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Chocolate milk

    30 g

  • Cocoa mass

    2 Tbsp

For sponge cake. Separate the whites from the yolks. 2 egg yolks and whisk with half the sugar until whitening. 3 protein beat until soft peaks, add the other half of sugar and beat until peaks are sharp.

Flour mixed with cocoa. Into the yolk mixture add half the protein mixture and half of the flour with cocoa. Stir down with a spatula. To add to the protein mixture and add the remaining flour with cocoa. Mix well.

Baking tray lay a buttered paper. Pour the batter and send in a preheated 180 gr. oven for 15-20 min. the Finished cake to cool.

For cream. Juice the orange and grate the zest. Put on fire, add 50 g of sugar and bring to a boil.

Grind the yolks. Add to it some hot orange syrup, stir and a thin stream pour in boiling orange juice. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp flour and stir until thick. Remove from heat and add 1 tbsp butter, stir and cool completely.

The cooled cake cut into two parts. Lubricate one cream and cover with the second. Also fluff cream.

Evenly trim the edges, to break into crumbs and sprinkle on top. Cut portions of cake. Decorate with chocolate.

To decorate the chocolate to melt and make jewelry on the cooking foil. To clean the freezer.
