Initially these brownies were born as a complement to pumpkin pie, ie it was made from scraps of cakes type cakes "Potato." But later I slightly modified the recipe by adding cream cheese and banana mixture, and proved to be quite independent recipe is very tasty and unusual treats. The recipe is ideal for those who need to hide the presence of a vegetable, because the pumpkin taste is not recognizable, it also can be replaced with zucchini or squash (tested).
