Rice casserole with green onions
Easy to prepare from simple ingredients, but very tasty. This casserole guests will be delighted! Most interesting is that only you know what all the zest of taste in the combination of rice and fried onions.

Narezaete green onions and fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

To the onions then pour the rice and fry. Then add the tomatoes, peeled and diced, and a little water. Close the pan with a lid and simmer until semi cooked rice.

Then add to the pan the diced zucchini, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. If the water has boiled away, add a little more water. Cover with a lid and on low heat continue to simmer until the rice is tender.

At this time, whisk eggs with milk. Separately, three cheese on a coarse grater.

When rice with vegetables and onions are almost ready, spread the mixture into the mold (in principle it is possible to leave it in the pan, if it can be put in the oven).
