Butter horns with jam
Very often in pastry dough uses only egg yolks and whites lonely lying in the freezer, waiting for their fate. I suggest to put proteins in it immediately, filling out their air horns with jam.

Ingredients

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Brown sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Jam

    100 g

Cooking

As you may have guessed, we will use the yeast SAF-MOMENT.

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the egg yolks, yoghurt, sugar, salt and melted (cooled) butter.

Gradually smeshaem flour. The dough should not be very steep. After kneading it is better not to pour a flour and to Pripyat her hands.

Allow dough to rise about 1 hour. Then obtinem and divide into three parts.

Roll out each portion into a cake and divide it into four segments. Spread on each segment about a teaspoon of thick jam. I have blackcurrant.

Horns formed, as follows clipping the edges to keep the stuffing from coming out.

After 10 minutes proofing put on the horns whipped in a solid foam proteins. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake at 200 degrees until Golden brown. Minutes 15 - 20.
