Vegetable pancakes in a rice broth
Thin, rosy pancakes in a rice broth, very tender, stuffed with rice, salmon, green onions and sauce "Kikkoman" will help to diversify Lenten menu

Ingredients

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 l

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Rice pour 2 liters of water and cook under a lid until tender

Figure recline in a colander, to cool the broth (the broth should be 1 liter, if there is less, add boiled water to this volume). In the cooled broth add remaining ingredients for pancakes and mix

Bake pancakes on medium heat from both sides, good roasting

For the filling, mix rice, salmon and chopped green onions

Add soy sauce and mix again
