Cooking

step-0
Such products we need. In the Czech pastry very often used rum, it adds the necessary flavor. If Roma no, you can use brandy or any hard liquor.
step-1
First you need to crush nuts, not very finely.
step-2
With a knife cut the chocolate into pieces. Chocolate can also be grated, but I like the molten chocolate inside. On the main photo shows a dark spot - this is the melted chocolate.
step-3
Apple peel and grate on a coarse grater.
step-4
Beat eggs, gradually adding sugar, until a thick mass, add the cinnamon, chocolate, one clove, which must be pre-crushed in a mortar, or, if you already have ground cloves on the tip of a knife. Add the flour with the baking powder, sunflower oil, rum or brandy. Stir.
step-5
Add the nuts and again mix everything.
step-6
Cake pan to make the cookies, put them in the batter and put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for about 45 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer. Time may vary depending on your oven, but try not to overdry.
step-7
For glaze, mix powdered sugar with rum (or water if you don't want the alcohol taste), add the jam (I have plum). Stir with a spoon until the glaze.
step-8
Thanks to the jam glaze takes on a pink color. Looks very interesting on the dark cupcake. Pour the glaze on the cooled cake.
step-9
Here's a little bit closer, very tasty with tea or coffee.
step-10
Bon appetit!
