Sour plum and bitter chocolate, and all together it was jam-dessert, the consistency is almost a ganache. After standing in the refrigerator, it becomes so dense that they can be filled with for example homemade sweets. And this is what candy I want to treat girls with whom I'm happy to be in the company on the Fights from Kikkoman!

Ingredients

  • Dry red wine

    40 ml

  • Cinnamon

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Dark chocolate

Stoned plums cut into pieces. In a saucepan melt the butter, put the plums and fry the plums for a few minutes.

Immediately add broken pieces of dark chocolate. Stirring, dissolve the chocolate in hot jam. Give the jam to cool slightly and beat in almond petals. The jam is ready. At this stage it is possible to shift into a sterilized jar, seal and storing it in the refrigerator.

But I wanted to make a sweet treat surprise for girls, so some of the jam I put in small molds and put in 30 minutes in the freezer, that would be a lot quicker to cool.

I have prepared a truffle mass, which is a night stand and cooled in the refrigerator. I did not paint recipe truffles, the Boy already has great recipes. You can take any favorite recipe and stuff the truffle mass of the cooled plum and chocolate jam.

The formed candies put into the fridge for 1-2 hours, then dip them in sprinkles to taste. I took three kinds of sprinkles: coconut, crushed nuts and wafer crumbs. Crumble the candy and put for 1 hour in the refrigerator. The food is ready!
