Spaghetti cupcakes
Quick, easy, delicious, hearty and beautiful. And helpers can take the kids, they will love to cook these unusual cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

  • Mozzarella

    0.5 cup

  • Tomato sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Basil

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pre-boil spaghetti as directed on package.

In otdelny bowl mix the egg and grated on a fine grater Parmesan.

To egg mixture add spaghetti and mix well. Salt to taste not forgetting the fact that we use two kinds of cheese already contain salt.

Evenly distribute the spaghetti with the egg for nine molds.

Mozzarella to grate on a coarse grater

Each mold with spaghetti to pour two tsp of tomato sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 200*C (400*F) oven. To get the cupcakes out of the oven and sprinkle with dry Basil. Let cool slightly and remove paper cups. Serve warm.
