Coffee cupcake with cherry
It is a real pleasure slight aroma of coffee flowers with amazing sour taste of wet cherries.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cherry

    250 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

First make filling. The cherries then place in a saucepan, add sugar. A little boil on low heat until the sugar has dissolved.

Now the dough. Blend butter with sugar. Coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp. spoonful of boiling water, add to butter, sugar and mix well.

Then one at a time beat eggs. Sift flour with baking powder, combine with the egg-oil mixture. The dough turns out amazing color.

Cherry drain in a sieve the syrup to collect. The cherries mix with the dough. Spread in a greased form. Bake at t=180~200°C for about 30 minutes.
