Cooking
First play with peas-I got the kind that is cooked without soaking, if you do not seethe, but ready-or mash these in a blender (not a blender! otherwise it will come out when cooking). fry in lard or bacon finely chopped onion (you can add grated carrot pieces), mix with the peas, let cool down
Further, the dough can be ready, mine is dry. yeast (sachet) with warm water with a spoon of sugar and salt suitable for 10-20 min., flour of about 300-400 g to it the yeast mixture, egg,2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil, stir. add what is missing (sorry-doing the eye) -the flour or water so that the dough was soft, but well lagged behind the hands. allow to rise 2 times
Lepim patties-I pinch off a piece of dough, knead with your hands, to me it's faster, and home-like different shape, put the filling and...
Either spread on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. or put in preheated oil on the pan. bake (you can lubricate the egg) at 220 degrees 20-25 minutes (as usual-until Golden brown), pan-fry on both sides, without a lid, then spread on a cloth. to remove excess fat
And now-very cool-prepare the machanka: garlic (to chop, to grate, to RUB them in order) pour a little hot water, add salt, vegetable oil, mix well. this pour the finished pies. And when you eat, you can break and pour a spoonful of this down in the middle of a pie
Why this name-death to vampires-give a hint-they don't like garlic, and then-guess yourself ;) Bon APPETITE!
