Cake
A delicious variant of the well known cake. Help yourself, very tasty!

Add the flour and mix well. The dough was not too thick and sticky, but more than in the recipe, the flour need not be added. The greatest quantity - 3 St, and ideally - 2,5 art.

Cover the dough and leave for 1-2 hours. During this time it cools, the flour will swell and the dough will not stick to hands.

Then podpylenny flour on the table spread the dough, divide into 5-7 parts, roll out the crusts as thin as possible and bake in a heated to 200 degrees oven for about 8 minutes. The trimmed edge once, until the cakes are hot, otherwise they become very brittle. Can be cut before baking. Bake in form or on paper for baking. I baked it in form, and cakes are not rolled and distributed by hand. I guess the flour is not reported, although from the soft dough out more tasty and tender cakes than crisp, which need to roll.

Condensed milk mixed with butter and coat the cakes. The amount of condensed milk and butter can be varied to taste, but the oil is necessary to place a order cakes better soaked. Perfect cream or custard, but with condensed milk it turns out very tasty - the test is caramel, rich flavor and condensed milk too. Therefore, the dough and the cream merge into a single unique taste. The author advises to soak the cakes with syrup, if using the buttercream to the cakes better soaked. But I was pleased - the cake was not dry. Most importantly, do not store it in the fridge, otherwise the condensed milk will harden. Let the cake at least a few hours will stay warm in the kitchen.
