Description
This version of cooking kebabs on skewers, on that occasion when I wanted a kebab, but no time or ability to light a fire. Yes, or just when the window is winter! And most importantly, the result is stunning! The meat is not dry, and very tender!

Cooking
Chicken ham to prepare. Separate the bones, meat cut into pieces.
Marinate meat in mixture of soy sauce and ginger for a few hours. For the marinade I use soy sauce" Kikkoman "
The meat is skewered on wooden skewers. U. I did 3 things. (Previously, it is better to hold the skewers in water for 10-15 minutes so they don't burn.)
Fry in a pan in hot vegetable oil, 10-12 minutes. In the roasting process, takes a few times to turn the kebabs. I put on the pan a few Bay leaves, it gives a peculiar taste.
