Description
Ruebli* - so affectionately called the Swiss young carrots and appreciated for its juiciness and sweetness. So add in cheese netherton in cakes, cupcakes, muffins, etc. the Younger generation believes that this was the best dish of carrots! I give the main (and easiest) recipe test. For decoration of cake, I had neither the time nor the marzipan carrots! So this part is yours - waiting for photos!!! But if you are in St. Moritz or Zurich, you should definitely try the original!!!

Cooking
Grate some carrot on a small grater! Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks well with sugar. Add the lemon juice. Then grated on a small grater raw carrots, almonds, flour, baking powder. Lemon zest (grated). Stir well. Beat egg whites and add gently to the mixture. Knead.
Spread in greased and floured split form (24 cm) and bake 50 min. at temp. 180 degrees. Removing it from the oven, allow to cool. Can be divided into 2 parts and coat the cakes and top with cream and decorate with carrots made of marzipan. Can be covered with chocolate or frosting.
I made a cream of ricotta and sour cream, whipped with powdered sugar, and covered the still hot cake chestnut honey.
