Cooking
Grate cheese on a medium grater.
Add vermicelli TM traditional TM "Mistral".
Add the flour, salt and baking powder.
Then add the eggs, the softened butter, mix well.
Gradually add milk to knead the dough. The milk you add the less the dough should be liquid.
Divide the dough into 7 equal parts.
To prepare the filling. Carrots grate on medium grater.
Bulgarian pepper to clear of seeds, cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and cut into thin strips.
In a pan pour a little vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms.
Add the vegetables, salt and fry until soft.
Part of the test form in the form of cakes, on the middle, slightly retreating from the edges, put the browned vegetables.
For vegetables put the mushrooms cap down.
To seal the edges of the dough and flip.
Protiven grease with vegetable oil, put the billet in the rolls. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes (depending on oven)
