Delicate cupcakes with chocolate
Very tender muffins with chocolate, melt in your mouth instantly. Prepared very quickly. The perfect complement to a Cup of coffee.

Ingredients

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Orange zest

    1 pack

  • Dark chocolate

    20 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Thickener for cream

    1 pack

Cooking

Chocolate RUB on a grater.

Eggs vzbit in a solid foam.

Continuing to whisk, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add soft butter and beat.

In the sifted flour add baking powder, orange zest, starch and corn flour.

Add the flour to the butter-egg mixture and continue to beat.

In the mixture add the grated chocolate and whisk briefly.

Muffin tins of grease, not silicone grease. Fill the dough 2/3 of the dough watery, too much not pour (run away). Bake in a preheated oven to 180C for 20 mins until Golden brown, readiness check wooden spokes.

The finished muffins to cool on rack completely cooled oil cream. Cold cream vzbit with sugar, add a top coat. You can use any of your favorite cream or jam.
