The dumplings in the taiga
In this recipe I show you how to cook dumplings, I suggest to try a wonderful way of cooking a very tasty dish with dumplings in a pot. Help yourself. :)

Ingredients

  • Dumplings

    800 g

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Liver cleanse from films, cut into small pieces. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, finely chop the Lek.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent, add carrots and fry until soft carrots. Add the liver and fry for a minute stirring occasionally.

Put on the bottom of our pot roast.

Boil the ravioli in salted broth or water to a simmer and once they float, remove from heat and put the pot on top of roast.

In a pot put a tablespoon of sour cream and pour 2/3 of the broth (or water) in which they were boiled

Pots cover with lids, put in a preheated 230 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes until a clear gurgling from under the lid of the pot. Serve hot with fresh greens. Bon appetit!
