Cooking
The chickpeas to soak at least 4 hours, then cook for about 40 minutes.
All vegetables quite coarsely chop.
The meat in one piece to put in the cauldron on top of the vegetables.
Add chickpeas, tomatoes, salt, pepper and dried herbs.
Cover and simmer at 170 degrees for about 4 hours. Periodicheski flip the meat and add a little water if necessary. In the end we get the tenderest meat with the sauce.
