Form for baking grease with oil, put on the bottom of the cooked sweetened condensed milk (about 80-100 g) and put it in big form, which in the process will serve as a water bath.
For the cupcake: 1. Beat softened butter with sugar

3. In a separate Cup sift the flour, starch, baking powder, soda and cocoa.
4. Add 1/3 of the flour mixture and 150 ml of buttermilk to the oil mixture and stir. Also to repeat, mix and last add the remaining flour mixture. Mixture and mix well until smooth. Evenly spread the chocolate batter into the pan.
For the flan: beat with a mixer at high speed for 30 seconds, concentrated milk, condensed milk, 2 tsp of condensed milk, cream cheese, eggs and nutmeg. The mixture turns liquid. Gently pour the mixture on the chocolate dough (I did it with the help of a ladle). Be sure to remember the order in which You laid out the dough into shape! I want to draw Your attention that almost half of the prepared mixture for the flan I have left. Maybe my form was less than required. From this part I'm going to make flan in muffin cups.
For the water bath to pour in as much hot water to a height of about 2.5 cm, cover the form with foil and put in oven for about 1-1 hour 25 min. the Willingness of cake to check with a toothpick. My cupcake was baked 1 hour and 15 minutes.
