Lentil cookies
This recipe I recently saw on TV "Food". The woman told me that when she was little, her large family lived in India, my mother on the holidays did that biscuit, knead the dough, gathering children and all walked together to the market for shopping. On the way to the market, they went to the bakery and gave it to the dough that they baked cookies. It was not the family nor the oven, neither the oven, my mom had to carry the dough in the bakery. All the children loved it. On the way back, they took biscuits and with great joy, on the go, ate it warm. Unfortunately, I didn't write down the recipe, but tried to play it from memory and slightly made adjustments. In the original recipe must be present pea flour, but I didn't use it. The cookies turned out very tasty, no one will ever guess that the composition of biscuits lentils.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Oat flakes

    5 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Dark chocolate

    0.5 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Cook until soft

Chocolate chop large pieces, I had air.

Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, oats, lentils, butter, walnuts, honey, egg, cinnamon and chocolate.

Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. It is desirable to bake on a baking paper or silicone Mat.
