Pie with quail eggs and tender crust tofu
Offer to take along a picnic mouthwatering pie with quail eggs, pre-soaked in sauce, and the delicate crust of the tofu. Pie invented along the way, and the result is very pleased. Dough left and I made a cake with sweet chili and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

Boil the quail eggs. For pickling eggs for the filling we will need marinade teriyaki and sweet chili.

Eggs are cleaned, put into a suitable container, add marinade teriyaki (a few tablespoons) and sweet chilli to taste. Stir, close and leave to marinate for a few hours. During the marinating of their eggs should prevent a few times.

While the eggs are marinated, knead yeast dough from these products. The dough is better to knead in the kitchen machine for 10-15 mins until the dough is supple and elastic. Divide the dough into balls of 50 grams. Balls better to weigh in the balance, then they will be the same size. I made 18 balls of dough, because in tray there were 18 eggs.

Prepare gentle fill for the pie. 250 gr. tofu 2 eggs marinade that is left over from pickled eggs 2 table. spoon of flour, preferably rice (you can substitute wheat) blend with a blender into a homogeneous mass.

Pour the filling on top of cake. Bake in the oven at 180 gr. 30-40 minutes until cooked and crust.

The finished cake let cool and remove from forms. The pie was very tasty. A delicious sweet crust on top and juicy inside the egg.
