Chicken burgers with Apple and bell pepper
Fragrant, tasty and healthy chicken burgers with melting cheese inside baked in the oven. Add in the minced roasted vegetables and Apple gives the meatballs juiciness and tenderness.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    300 g

  • Apple

    50 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Pepper

    50 g

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

From pepper to remove the stem with seeds. Onions clean from the husk. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until soft.

A breast of chicken to separate from the skin and bones. Apples peel, remove core. Apple and chicken mince.

To combine minced chicken, boiled vegetables, semolina, chopped fresh dill, add salt and pepper to taste. Thoroughly mix everything, leave for 10-15 minutes.

From stuffing to form a pellet in the middle of each put a piece of cheese. To form a pulp, with one side dipped in sesame seeds.

Meatballs arrange in a baking dish.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Finished cakes spread on a dish lined with lettuce and serve with any side dish.
