Ideal and tasty homemade dessert for every day: easy to prepare, not whimsical, fast and delicious:) This recipe I got from my grandmother that is as pleasing to the entire family on weekends, as it is now I do. So I want to share with You a simple but a win-win recipe!

Ingredients

I was making a big batch for the whole family. All can be reduced in 2 times. Total we need: 1.) 3-5 apples (depending on size). I took 3 because they are very large. It is better to take not branded, of course. 2.) itself capacity. Don't forget that our Apple pie will rise! 3.) paper for baking. 4.) butter (to them we will lubricate capacity and parchment). 5.) walnuts (optional). 6.) 6 eggs. 7.) 2 cups of sugar. 8.) 2 tablespoons of sour cream ( I usually take 15-20%). 9.) soda on the tip of a teaspoon. 10.) salt (a little or a small pinch). 11.) 2 cups of flour.

Capacity greased with butter, vystelim the parchment and re-grease it with butter. Apples clean from the skin, cut in half, cut out the middle, and then cut into slices like in the picture (I got it from the big Apple of his half about 5 slices)

Now spread on round slices, not afraid to save space, everything can be put in 1-1,5 solid lines. All that's left breaks into two or three parts and fill the void. I introduced improvement walnuts. I little on the eyes, I add, after breaking with your hands about 4 pieces, and scatter over apples.

Now, when there is harvesting, we make the dough. Mix 6 eggs and 2 cups of sugar, each about 250 ml (eggs on whites and yolks to divide is NOT necessary!). Whisk until the sugar has dissolved (or almost dissolved).

Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, a small pinch of salt (can be small) and a quarter teaspoon of baking soda. Again all whisk.

The last stage of the text: add 2 cups of flour (again, a glass of 250ml) and whisk. The dough will settle a bit - as it should be. Critical moment!! All the dough is poured into our capacity and doing it neatly and evenly! But don't worry: the dough is not thick, it is important to give direction, and then it will spread. It should cover our apples.

Now put in the oven on 170 degrees. I love the mode of conjugation. This dose I was baked 1 hour at 170 degrees and 20 mins on 160. If You have half portions, about 45 minutes on 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes on 160. The "Water apples" must be of such a light crust. You can pierce with a toothpick periodically, checking, stick the dough or not. I suggest to do just a portion of 6 eggs, because it's better to be prepared, and Apple pie-very light and delicate, so will fly away immediately!! I hope this recipe will help You:)
