Cooking
So, let's start. We need: 1. Flour - 200 gr. 2. Eggs - 4 PCs 3. Sugar - 200 gr. 4. Vanilla sugar - 1 package. 5. Butter - 200 gr. 6. The leaven - 1 package. 7. Cocoa powder - 20 gr. 8. Sour cream - 3 tablespoons. 9. Strawberries fresh or frozen - 350 gr. 10. Jell-o ready - 2 bags. Or, if you prefer, a homemade, - 400 gr. 11. Cream 33-35% fat - 300 gr. 12. Powdered sugar - 100 gr.
In a bowl, combine the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Add the softened butter, mix well.
Separate yolks from whites and add the yolks to the butter-flour mixture, mix
Beat egg whites with sugar-sand and vanilla sugar. Add them to the dough, mix gently.
In the dough add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, all mix well.
In a greased form put half of the dough.
To the remaining dough add cocoa and 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Stir.
On top of light dough spread chocolate.
Spread on the dough strawberries and slightly pushed them. Send the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes
Get ready cake from the oven and allow to cool.
At this time, prepare the jelly. It will also be necessary to cool to room temperature.
For the cream whisk the cream and icing sugar
Spread cream on the cooled cake and even out.
The cream put the halved strawberries. They looked a lot like hearts:)
Pour all the jelly and put into the fridge for 8 hours.
As the cook I is usually delayed until late in the evening, then once again faced with the fact that he arose in the morning to take a photo of your culinary work to find that someone has committed an act of vandalism:) So this time. Got up in the morning, and a decent size piece of cake is already cut off... So, unfortunately, not managed to capture is removed from the form entirely... But I hope in the photo above you can guess how it looks in General:))
Thanks to the sour cream cake turns out moist inside, not dry. With a pleasant strawberry acidity and aroma. Bon appetit:)
