Pancakes with raspberry jam
Everything is extremely simple, but nevertheless very tasty! It musicalsky yummy: tender pancakes with lemon sour poured sweet raspberry jam.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.3 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon peel

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Jam

Here are some of the products that we need.

Pour in the kefir (I have quite thick, if you have more liquid, you may need more flour), add 2 eggs, mix until smooth, no need to beat;

add sugar, a pinch of salt.

And here is our lemon and squeeze the juice from half of it and add in the egg-kefir mixture. Mix well.

To remove the zest, add in our dough.

Small portions add the sifted flour.

Whisk all well mixed, lumps are not formed...

and finally the vegetable oil.

The dough was thick, but not like standard pancakes, but not so liquid as for pancakes.

Further all as usual: spread a tablespoon on a hot griddle (no oil oil - nothing sticks). Apparently, due to the presence of lemon juice in the dough in the frying process on the surface of the pancakes of the formation of small bubbles. And mind you, there are no soda, no baking powder. Do not rush to flip the pancakes, because the dough needs time to adhere. Therefore, I advise you to fry on low heat so that pancakes do not burn.

And here's my first serving of drizzled raspberry jam - what could be better than such a pancake with a slightly sour and with a sweet jam and hot tea?!
