Zucchini with vegetables and cereals
Option stuffing the zucchini. What is a summer without this glorious vegetable? :) Interesting taste. And how simple!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Salt

Zucchini wash, cut off stem, cut in half lengthwise, with a spoon to get the pulp.

Carrots wash, peel, grate on a fine grater. Onions clear, finely chop. Mix the carrots, onions and oatmeal.

The resulting meat to fill zucchini halves.

2 tsp of tomato paste diluted in 4 tbsp water.

The resulting thick mixture is spread on top of zucchini. Put in a baking dish (in a frying pan or the slow cooker). This and the previous steps can be omitted if you prefer to use tomato paste and tomatoes in General.

1.5 tbsp diluted in 300 ml of water. You can make a tomato-cream sauce.

Gently with a spoon pour a little of the squash the mixture. Pour the rest around. If you have any beef (depends on size of vegetables), it can be put into a form, too. For a delicious gravy (taking out the ready zucchini, you can thicken with flour or cornstarch if desired). Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 C. Similarly, on a pan (on medium heat) or in a slow cooker (mode "Pastries").
