Paella with seafood and green peas
Paella... is Difficult to add something new to a basic recipe for this Spanish dish. But I still tried. Turned out delicious, hearty and beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Seafood

    500 g

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Peas

    100 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Figure

    300 g

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

Cooking

Defrost the seafood cocktail and drain the liquid. In a wide pan heat oil, fry the seafood for 2-3 minutes on high heat and put aside.

In the same pan saute chopped onion until transparent.

Add the rice and stir. Fry the rice, stirring for a few minutes.

I took a white round grain rice Italica TM Mistral. Pour in the rice boiling water to cover the rice on your finger. Diminish the heat to medium, sprinkle with salt. Total prep time is about 20 minutes. After addition of water, the rice should not interfere.

Add the tomato puree or the chopped flesh of the tomatoes

After 10 minutes put in a pan the diced peppers.

Frozen green peas.

When the water is absorbed and the rice is ready, put the seafood and decorate with lemon slices. Close the lid and allow to stand for a few minutes before serving. Serve the paella to the table hot. Bon appetit!
