Description

Stuffed grape leaves
Not one people will argue and will prove that it is their national dish, invented by their ancestors. The dolma mahshi, break, dolma, Sarma... it is at least of the names of this dish. And it is prepared in Azerbaijan, Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Greece, Georgia, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Northern Sudan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Moldova. I tried adding soy sauce to the rice, it absorbed it along with the juice of the meat and it turned out incredible! Fans of the grape leaves welcome!
