Cooking
For starters, make dough. Flour + 50g sugar + egg + cold butter (small pieces) + milk. Knead the dough and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then divide into 12 pieces.
Turn on the oven at 180 gr. Roll the dough out not more than 0.5 cm thickness. Put in molds. The dough did not rise, cover the bottom with paper and sprinkle with dry beans. Bake for 20-25 min. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the form. To remove the beans.
