Cake with jam or jam
Dessert for tea.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Jam

    300 ml

Beat egg with sugar, add soda, vinegar and vanilla, mix well.

Add the soft butter.

Beat the butter with egg and sugar.

Add some flour.

Knead the dough, divide into 2 halves: 1 - more 2 - less.

Coat a baking sheet with olive oil (very little). A large portion of the dough spread in the pan.

Top spread with jam (I chernoslivovymi).

A smaller part of dough to unroll with thickness of 2-3 mm and cut the bundles to put on top of jam.

Put in the hot oven and leave for 15 minutes at 200*C. Our cake is ready. Optionally, you can sprinkle sugar powder.
