Apple in puff pastry. Simple and elegant. And another way to use this dough.

Cooking
That's all the ingredients. Sift the flour. Add the margarine, sugar and salt and a good grind. Pour the water and knead the dough. Put in a plastic bag in the fridge. And at night.
Heat the oven to medium temperature. Take out and roll out the dough. Cut into small squares. Apples cleaned and cut into small cubes. Semiplan edge to poluchilsa the envelope.
Put in center of each square, Apple and a few rounds of raisins. Connect the ends of the dough.
Lay out the envelopes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
And bake for about 20 minutes at 180gr.
When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
If you need to do so? Here I used apricots instead of apples. Also roll out the dough and cut into squares.
But it is possible and so.
