Cooking
1. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into plates. I had a reason, I shape cut out hearts. In the Cup combine the oil, parsley, chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper mixture. I added Provencal herbs. Add the potatoes, mix well. Potatoes lay in a baking dish. On top lay the pieces of butter. Preheat the oven to 220S. Bake potatoes for approximately 20-25 minutes.
2. Fish finely chop. Add salt, pepper. Grate cheese on a grater. Take a small amount of cheese, return to the spinach leaves. For convenience, the spinach can be scalded with boiling water.
3. Take a small amount of fish, to spread on a piece of cling film, to split. In the middle fish cakes to put cheese and using film to form round patties.
4. Every slice of beef I wrapped in foil. Then cook them steamed or in the oven. I cooked in a slow cooker for a few 20 minutes.
5. Serve the burgers with baked potatoes. Bon appetit!
