Cooking
Ingredients. In this recipe for the marinade I use blackcurrant jam TM Mahe "Currant". It regulates the acid dishes and enhances the flavor of the berries in the sauce.
Meat wash, dry, cut into long slices of medium size.
Prepare marinade of wine, pepper, blackcurrant jam TM Mahe, salt.
Pour it over the meat and leave to marinate for an hour (or more).
Squeeze the meat from the marinade and fry in the heated oil in the pan for 5 minutes. Add the black currant berries, cooking for another 5-7 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Pour the remaining marinade (which I pre-heated in the micro), simmer until tender 30-40 minutes. Optionally, add the water. If the meat turns sour, you can still add the jam.
Served with garnish at your discretion. The dish tastes sweet and sour, with a hint of wine and berries. Try to cook! It is very tasty!!!
