Soup with mushrooms and zucchini
Recipe from the wonderful wizard of cooking Oli, Martirosyan from Peter. However, I made some minor changes, but that's only because circumstances forced. Olya suggested in my recipe boil beef on the bone for one hour after boiling, and on the basis of this broth to make soup. But I was making soup in the country, in the field, so to speak, the conditions of beef with the bone in my hands, but it was chicken broth and some minced chicken breast. Them and put to use. The soup turned out incredibly delicious, so delicious that cooked, ate, and three days later, the family asked him to repeat the recipe for "encore".
