Pizza Frit
Tender dough with a crispy crust, juicy, with a spicy filling. In my family, the pizza flies in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Basil

  • Spices

  • Cheese

  • Meat

  • Water

    325 ml

  • Mushrooms

  • Corn

1. Dough. The flour with salt sift. Yeast, dust and 325 ml. of warm water mix and leave for 5 minutes. Knead elastic dough. To close the foil and leave for 15 minutes. Divide into 4-6 parts. Stretch arms to the pellet 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle with flour and cover with foil.

2. To make the sauce. In a pan fry the garlic. Pour in garlic oil, grated tomatoes and chopped Basil leaves. Add spices. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

3. In a high pan put the oil, a layer of about 2 cm and Fry it in tortillas for 30 seconds on each side.

4. The finished pellet to pass on to the baking sheet, spread them on the sauce and toppings, drizzle with oil. Bake in the oven preheated to 250 degrees for 4 minutes.
