Meatloaf in Czech
Baked meat with pickles and bacon would be appropriate as on the Christmas table and for everyday lunch if served with sauce. Looks very nice on the cut.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

The flesh of beef (veal) incision along so that I can open with one big flat piece.

Meat to beat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bacon cut into thin slices, place beef fillet in an even layer.

Beat eggs with salt and fry in sunflower oil.

Eggs cool, cut into pieces and smooth the next layer to put on fat.

Pickled cucumber cut into thin strips and lay the top layer.

Roll the meat into a roll, tie with cooking string (I have simple, as cooking was not at hand).

Fry the roll on all sides in a frying pan until Golden brown, place in a baking dish with high sides. Pour water at 1 cm from the bottom. Bake the loaf at a temperature of 170*C for about an hour, periodically pouring juice formed.

To make the sauce. Flour to fry in butter for 1-2 minutes. Emitted during frying juice of the meat mixed with flour, for 3 minutes simmer it over low heat, stirring constantly (if necessary, strain and season with salt). Before serving, remove the thread, cut the roll and generously baste it with sauce.
