Very easy to prepare dish, which will be bezuprechnym favorite vegetable on the table.

Ingredients

  • Peas

    150 g

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Lentils

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Celery root

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    6 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

The beans and chickpeas soak overnight in water. Lentils do not need soaking. Of course you can take one or two kinds of legumes, but we love it so.

Boil beans until tender (in a separate saucepan!).

The rest of the vegetables to wash and clean.

Cut the potatoes into cubes of approximately 2*2 cm, and the celery and carrots a bit smaller.

Of leeks white part only, chop. Cabbage may be commonly cut into long strips, but for this recipe I like it better when diced, the shape is arbitrary, then after cooking it holds its shape.

Mix all the vegetables, add the olive (or vegetable) oil, salt and pepper. You can add your favorite dried herbs.

Capacity for baking lay parchment, so comfortable, pour the vegetables and send in the oven at medium temperature for about 15 minutes, guided by your oven, simply put try!

When potatoes are ready, meaning the rest of the vegetables are ready.

Add pre-boiled beans and stir - ready! After the oven, the vegetables will remain slightly in oil, which in the next a little soaked beans and the flavours mix.

Ready! This is very tasty, but I recommend to serve with your favorite sauce.

Recommend to serve with spinach dip. I did not write its components in the ingredients, as it can be served with any sauce. And so, spinach, a little fresh ginger and a slice of a petiolar celery, greens, olive oil and a little salt.
