Rice pudding with cherries
Sweet dessert with acidity.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

Remove pits from cherries, add to the pot, pour boiling water with dissolved sugar. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Boil the rice until soft. Drain in a colander. Cherry pull and broth to boil already cooked rice, salt and vegetable oil, vanilla, cinnamon. Remove from heat, infuse under the lid for 10-15 minutes. In ready warm rice, add the cherries, mix well. This mixture of warm compacted in the mold (cupcake or silicone). Allow them to cool down. When serving, flip over on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
