Bread was very interesting, I think is ideal for vegetable soups and puree soups, and just with butter (cheese with sausage in it)!
At the bottom of the bucket of a bread machine to sprinkle the yeast on top sift the flour ( I didn't have flour with bran and I took about 50 g. of wheat bran, ground in a blender), add the other ingredients, last of all pour water. In the dispenser (in my oven is not, therefore, added after the beep) upload dusted in flour and cheese summer sausage (next time I will add more sausage). Bake on the program "Main" mode "Baking raisins" (VAKE RAISIN), size of average bread (700g), the crust is average, 4 hours (I have showed 3 hours).
