Buns with raisins and cherries
Sweet popovers! Our family is very fond of buns with different fillings: candied fruit, poppy seeds, nuts, etc. To these muffins I put raisins and dried cherries, but you can optionally add any fillers to taste. And it's nice in the morning to eat a bun with a fragrant pot of tea!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    14 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Raisins

    75 g

  • Cherry

    75 g

  • Powdered sugar

    30 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Water

    125 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

In a large bowl, mix the yeast, cardamom (you can without), sugar, vanilla and 10 spoons with the top (225g) sieved flour.

In a pan pour 100 g of milk, 125 ml water, put the butter and, stirring, heat until the butter is dissolved. The mixture should not be hot!!!

With mixer on low speed beat liquid into the flour, continue whisking for another 2 minutes. Beat 1 egg and yolk from the second, add 3 tbsp (75g.) flour, and beat for another 2 minutes, add more 375г flour and knead a soft dough. Knead 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Formed from the dough ball and put in teloe place to rise for about an hour.

Dried fruits wash with warm water and dry.

Abenaim dough, interfere with his dried fruits.

Divide the dough into 18-20 parts, give soak for 15 minutes.

Shape the meatballs, spread on a baking tray lined with parchment, allow to stand for 30 minutes, grease with beaten egg whites and bake it in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees until browned.
