Description

Heart buns
The usual buns, only made in the shape of hearts, saw in the magazine.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Yeast mixed with sugar.

Milk to heat and add butter to melt. Pour the yeast with sugar, add eggs, flour, salt and cocoa.

Knead the dough and leave it for 30-40 minutes to rise. Divide the dough into small pieces and blind hearts.

Leave them another 30 minutes to up again.

Put in the oven until tender. You can coat with egg before baking but I forgot. Still very good. The finished rolls sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
