In Germany there is a famous book created by the recipes of Housewives. So, the recipes there are very popular and the best of them go from house to house by word of mouth. I have these books there, but many of there favorite recipes are available. Here is one of them.

Cooking
First we need to slice the meat. For this we need a sharp knife, and of course meat from the top side, from right to left horizontally, with a thickness of about 1.5 cm incision, but not until the end. The first page of the book open.
