I understand that few people can surprise pumpkin soup, but this one turned out kind of... special, that's my word! Oatmeal gives it a pleasant creaminess. Very, very tasty soup!!! Cooking
Onion, garlic and ginger sauté in a small amount of oil. Add the pumpkin cubes, after 10 minutes the diced potatoes, and then lightly for about 5 minutes.
Vegetables pour boiling water, season with salt and pepper.
Add the oatmeal, pepper, curry and paprika. Let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
