Cream soup of pumpkin with oatmeal
I understand that few people can surprise pumpkin soup, but this one turned out kind of... special, that's my word! Oatmeal gives it a pleasant creaminess. Very, very tasty soup!!! A gentle, creamy texture, cheese and crunchy croutons. I will repeat again and again! Dochu make first is, and this soup she ate lunch and dinner asked. Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    1000 ml

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Parmesan

  • Crackers

  • Mussels

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onion, garlic and ginger sauté in a small amount of oil. Add the pumpkin cubes, after 10 minutes the diced potatoes, and then lightly for about 5 minutes.
