Prepare the grill and the charcoal. Firewood put in the grill and ignite. While they burned and turned into charcoal, marinade for meat. Cut the meat into pieces and pour the marinade, leave for 1-2 hours at room temperature. If the meat is supposed to be stored longer, it is better to put in the fridge.
