Description
A wonderful recipe from the cooking mixture and wild rice. Will please the young cowboys and their girlfriends, and just perfect with a good wine and a piece of meat ripe for the cowboys and their companies.

Cooking
Wash well the mixture of rice in running water and fill with boiling water. Add Bay leaf, red pepper (because my cowboys are all grown, we love spicy), for young cowboys pepper is not needed. Cook under lid on low heat for 30 minutes.
Carrots wash and boil, adding 1 tbsp. brown sugar for 5 minutes.
Mix together with the carrot
The rice is ready - it has absorbed all the water and looks great - the rice to the rice.
Mix with carrot, dried apricots and raisins (my raisins were not)
Grate the zest to the rice
Also squeeze the orange juice into the rice and tucked in with oil and spices if you like - like spices, herbs, nuts milled.
Pineapple cut out a circle
Serve in a circle of pineapple rice mixture and served with meat, if necessary... and it is possible and without meat.
