Homemade processed cheese
On the website there is one recipe cream cheese, home-made. This is slightly different in ingredients and method of cooking. I found this recipe in the booklet "Kitchen" in 2001

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Curd grind with soda.

Add milk (a little less than half Cup) and stir well. Heat on low heat, stirring constantly.

When the mixture begins to melt, add salt (I put 1.5 tsp.) and oil. You can put spices to your taste, such as garlic, paprika, cumin, or dill. In my version of dill 1 clove of garlic.

Bring to a complete dissolution of cheese, stirring constantly. Hot pour into small bowls (I didn't have little ones and I used the container of mayonnaise) and put it on the cold.

When the cheese has cooled, spread on bread and sit down to drink tea!!! Bon appetit!!!
