Pot roast with green beans
Very tasty and healthy dish. Ideal for separation of power.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    1 kg

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Spices

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

Meat cut into small pieces, put in a deep container, pour vinegar (to cover meat), add salt, pepper and spices, stir and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the onion into rings or half rings.

On a heated pan with olive oil (any oil, I always cook with olive) put our marinated meat. Fry, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. The meat will be juicy.

Then add the onions, close the lid and simmer until almost cooked.

Then add the green beans (it is not necessary to defrost. I simply washed and cut into 3 pieces) and press out the garlic. Simmer under a lid for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
